Refund policy
At Ready Pantry, we strive to provide you with high-quality shelf-stable foods to help you and your family prepare for emergencies and be ready for any disaster. We understand that sometimes situations may change, and you may need to return a product. We have designed a simple and customer-friendly refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Full Refund for Unopened Products within 14 Days:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to return an unopened product, you may do so within 14 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, sealed, and unopened. We kindly ask that you provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt. We also charge a re-stock fee on all returned products. This is 25% of the product purchase price.
Please note that any opened or used products are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, any returns made after the 14-day period will not be accepted.

When contacting us, please provide the necessary details, including your order number, the name of the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.
Processing the Refund:
Once we receive the returned unopened product(s) and verify their condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Non-refundable Items:
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, such as perishable goods, opened products, or items purchased during promotional campaigns clearly identified as final sale or non-refundable.
